Chambakka achar(pickle)

Chambakka is a seasonal fruit..which is highly nutritious and tasty.. Here is a simple recipe using chambakka..
It goes great with rice..

Only few ingredients..

U need:
1.Chambakka (10nos)
2.Chilly powder(2tsp)
3.Asoefodita(a pinch)
4.Oil(2tsp)
5.vinegar(1tsp)
For seasoning:
6.mustard seeds
7.red chilly
8.curry leaves

Lets see how to prepare:

1.Cut the chambakka to four pieces by removing the seeds.
2.Heat 1tsp of oil in a pan and saute the washed chambakka into it..saute for one.minute.
3.Add chilly powder and salt to taste again stir for a minute.
4.Add a pinch of asoefodita and a tsp vinegar.
5.switch of the stove and keep aside.
6.In a pan add 1tsp of oil,splutter the.mustard seeds,redchilly and curry leaves.add the seasoning to the prepared chambakka pickle.
7.Pickle is now ready to serve with steaming rice!!!!!!
